Xythos Software to Acquire Teamstream Software

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., August 8, 2002 - Xythos Software, a provider of software that enables file access and sharing via the Internet, is expected to announce that it has acquired TeamStream Software, a developer of technology to enable secure access to files and documents for remote users. Financial terms of the combination cash and stock deal were not disclosed.
